CLEVELANDURBANNEWS.COM-CLEVELAND, Ohio-The Cleveland Division of Police will be conducting an OVI Checkpoint at the intersection of Broadway and  Baxter Avenues on Thursday June 28, 2018 from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm according to its website. CLICK HERE TO GO TO the CLEVELAND DIVISION OF POLICE CHECKPOINTS WEBSITE
Police  will also be conducting a drivers license checkpoin, also on June 28, at the intersection of Broadway and Fowler Avenue from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Whether both checkpoints are legal remains to be seen.
