Community activists to rally overnight in the murder of four-year-old Clevelander Aniya Day-Garrett, who was Black, and some 44 other murdered kids under the purview of child and protective services, the targets of whom are Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish, County Council and Cuyahoga County Job and Family Services, activists say....The sleepover will be held in front of the Jane Edna Hunter Building on Euclid Avenue on April 8, 2018, an event spearheaded by the Inner City Republican Movement and Black on Black Crime Inc....Activists say they will also unveil a portrait of Aniya and will take testimony at the event from other families victimized by child and protective services, most of them Black....
