A younger LeBron James, whom Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson has called the "best player in the world." James, on Saturday, signed a two year $42.1 million contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers and will return home to Northeast Ohio with his family, a region he said he so dearly loves. After getting drafted in 2003 right out of high school and following a seven year stretch and no NBA championship titles, the mega star left Cleveland for Miami in 2010 as a free agent.
