Judge Mary Grace Trimboli for determination by Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Presiding and Administrative Judge Nancy Fuerst. Trimboli replaced Berea Municipal Court Judge Mark Comstock two weeks ago, who recused himself after Coleman accused him of harassment and prejudice. It confirms a previous letter to Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson from the Carl Stokes Brigade that demands that he diversify his all non-Black law enforcement leadership team and denounce alleged police brutality and malicious prosecutions by the City of Cleveland against Black women at the hands of Cleveland Law Director Robert Triozzi.
