Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams, others to be honored by the National Council of Negro Women Cuyahoga County chapter, which is led by Loretta Sharp Gray, with Yvonka Hall serving as mistress of ceremonies.... The other honorees are Woodmere Mayor Ben Holbert, Anthony H. Brown, David Glenn Jr. and Latasha D.
