Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson (left) with his wife Edwina,  campaign manager Blaine Griffin, and a host of supporters  during his victory speech Tuesday night. Jackson, 67, won a third four-year term with 66 percent  of the vote over millionaire businessman Ken Lanci.
