U.S. Representative Marcia L. Fudge (D-11), a Warrensville Hts. Democrat whose majority Black 11th congressional district includes the cities of Cleveland and Akron, addressed a capacity crowd at the City Club in Cleveland on Friday to deliver her State of the District speech. One of two Blacks in Congress from Ohio, Fudge is also  chairperson  of the Congressional Black Caucus of Black members of Congress.
