Trumbo, the 64-year husband of retired Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals judge Sara J. Harper and a brother-in-law of the late Call and Post associate editor and publisher Connie Harper, died on Thursday, Nov 20 after a long-term illness. He was 88. Funeral services are entrusted to E.F.
