Newly appointed Ohio Supreme Court Justice Mary DeGenaro, a Republican and  former 7th District Court of Appeals judge whom term-limited Gov. John Kasich, also a Republican, appointed on Thursday to replace Justice William O'Neil,  the only Democrat on the state's high court who will quit this week as to his pursuit of the Democratic nomination for governor, state law of which precludes Ohio judges from seeking election to a non-judicial office. Ohio 11th Congressional District Congresswoman Marcia L.
