Win McNamee/Getty Images Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., defeated Republican primary challenger Matt Bevin Tuesday, clearing the way for him to focus his attention on the general election race. Bevin, a local businessman, once seemed like a threat to McConnell because of his support from national tea party organizations.
