The activists say they will also address malicious prosecutions and excessive bail and sentences against Blacks and poor people, and an illegal grand jury process where White cops lie to to the grand jury in secret to get Black and poor people illegally indicted, a prosecutorial-type forum with no constitutional or statutory safeguards for the Black community, and others.

Grand jury proceedings in Ohio are generally secret under state law, though judges have released grand jury testimony to counsel for the parties in some cases, usually in an attempt to undermine maliciously prosecuted Black people, data show. And while the Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure permit county prosecutors to pick and choose who testifies before a county grand jury they routinely parade in lying White cops while Blacks, who are disproportionately indicted, often do not even know a potential indictment is in the works. 

Activists want the criminal rules and applicable state law regarding the grand jury process amended and changed for the betterment of the Black community and others victimized by an undemocratic legal system that is flawed across the continuum.

"The rally is long over due," said Alfred Porter Jr., president of Black on Black Crime Inc."Police who abuse and illegally kill innocent Black and other people and make racial epithets against the Black community and others should be fired and prosecuted."

The upcoming protest comes on the heels of public exposure this week that White Cleveland cops, according to city and other records, are routinely making racial epithets against Blacks and so are racist White cops in University Heights, a Cleveland suburb, among other  municipalities, townships and villages across Cuyahoga County, which is roughly 29 percent Black and Ohio's second largest of 88 counties.

The largely Black major metropolitan city of Cleveland is currently under a court-monitored consent decree for police reforms with the U.S. Department of Justice following heightened police killings of unarmed Black people in recent years, including 12-year old Tamir Rice, Tanisha Anderson, Malissa Williams,Timothy Russell and Brandon Jones.  

Russell and Williams were gunned down in late 2012 by 13 non-Black Cleveland cops slinging an astounding 137 bullets at them.

Activists also have perjured grand jury testimony from a dirty University Heights cop, Dale Orians, who said during such testimony that he wanted to shoot a Black resident and activist in the city, after he led some five White cops onto the woman's property without a warrant and slinging guns and rifles and allegedly calling her a nigger This, said sources, was allegedly in retaliation for her activism and journalism on racism and police murders of Blacks, and her exposure of foreclosure theft by judges, magistrates, county officials, JPMorgan Chase Bank attorneys, prosecutors and others.

The woman, whose name is being withheld for her protection and that of her family members, says she is innocent. She is accused of assaulting but not touching the University Heights cops for simply backing out of her home drive way and leaving for safety reasons She said that Orians is racist and sadistic and actually broke in her home and stole property, including a $30,000 collector's car

The indictment, originally with two cops, was fixed and elevated to four cops allegedly assaulted without getting touched or hurt, and by a clerk of courts employee in cooperation with since ousted county prosecutor Tim McGinty, public records reveal.

The case, says the woman, is so corrupted, it is unbelievable
