| Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge Nancy Fuerst, 66, who dismissed a lawsuit filed by the Imperial Avenue families only to be reversed on appeal by the Ohio 8th District Court of Appeals. Community activists say Fuerst is racist and are calling for the judge to resign from the bench. Fuerst is also accused of stalking and harassing Black female activists that have fought for justice for the Imperial Avenue families with malicious prosecutions for Cleveland city officials, racist county prosecutor Mike O'Malley, corrupt and racist White cops, JPMorgan Chase Bank attorneys who are stealing homes from county residents via illegal foreclosures, and a host of others. Public records reveal that Fuerst lacks integrity and is also corrupt, and is covering up public corruption in her courtroom by clerk of court employees, racist prosecutors and fellow common pleas judges, such as judges Nancy Margaret Russo and Joe Russo, and needs to be investigated by the FBI. When the powers-that-be need a corrupt judge to undermine Blacks, women and poor people, she is at the top of the list to be handpicked by Presiding and Administrative Judge John Russo to preside over select criminal and civil cases, and in violation of the Ohio Rules of Superintendence. Judge John Russo, by a plurality vote of his judicial colleagues, leads the 34-member largely White general division common pleas court, and is racist and corrupt too, sources say. |
CLEVELAND, Ohio - The sign is easy to miss. You could drive right past it on your way down Imperial Avenue.
A storm tore it from two, tall wooden poles months ago. Now it leans against a fence, eye level with chipmunks and squirrels.
Nearly nine years after the bodies of 11 women were found buried in the yard and entombed inside serial killer Anthony Sowell's house at 12205 Imperial Avenue, its message feels like a taunt.
"Gone But Not Forgotten."
Despite promises to build a memorial to the murdered sisters and mothers and daughters, despite a working blue print and donations made, the lot is vacant, over run with dandelion and wild clover.
One look at that deserted plot of ground and it seems we can't forget them fast enough.
If you'd never heard about the Sowell house or the persistent odor people in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood thought was coming from the sausage shop or the sewer, you wouldn't know anything had happened here.
"It's horrible" says Sylvia Minor, who lives a few blocks away.
