The festival runs from Sept 12-20
The film is directed by Brad Masi with narration by Dee Perry.
Ticket prices are regular admission, $9.75 for adults and $7 for senior citizens.
Panelists for the discussion are Jan Ridgeway, Brad Masi, Wyndi Moore, and Nancy Nolan-Jones, former executive director of the Cleveland African-American Museum.
Nolan -Jones said the film examines poverty that predominantly impacts Black communities of Cleveland, a largely Black major American city, and that the film festival only picked up episode one of the three- episodes documentary film.
The poverty rate nationally is at twelve percent, and Cleveland has a poverty rate of 49 percent.

"This Urban Film Festival screening of episode one looks at why so many in Cleveland face food insecurity and a lack of consistent access to enough food for an active and healthy lifestyle," said Nolan- Jones. "More importantly, the film highlights the compassionate actions of many Clevelanders working to address these food challenges, not just by giving out food, but by creating a caring and supportive community."
Nolan- Jones said the audience should "prepare to be inspired and find your own place in the effort to grow a stronger, healthier, and more connected city."
