CLEVELAND, Ohio-The Cleveland Browns beat the Carolina Panthers 21-18 in a heart-thumping game at the Huntington Bank Field Arena in Cleveland on Sunday as Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson, who is Black,  displayed unprecedented talent in leading his team to an astounding victory. 

Carolina Panthers quarterback Brice Young, also Black like Watson, played well, but Watson found a way with less than 3 min left in the fourth qusrter to nix the Panthers' 15-10 lead, finding Harold Fannin Jr. in the end zone for a 14-yard touchdown, Fannin's second touchdown of the day.

In turn, Browns fans went wild as the stadium rocked.

The Browns followed with a two-point conversion, and the Panthers could not recover, ultimately losing by six points.

Watson finished with 16 completions on 30 attempts for 144 yards, two touchdowns, and an 88.8 passer rating.

Browns head coach Todd Monken was ecstatic and said after his team's win that Cleveland is on a roll and fans can expect more wins as the Browns reach for a playoff spot.

After Sunday's win, the Browns' win-loss record is now 2-1. Their next game is a Thursday Night Football matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Oct. 1, followed by a game against the New York Jets on Oct. 11.
