Stickan is the first woman elected to the powerful post. Other officers positions filled were for vice chairman, secretary, treasurer and assistant treasurer for both the central and executive committees. Louisville Metro police officers Sgt Jonathan Mattingly, detective Brett Hankison and  Myles Cosgrove, Hankison fired Tuesday by   Louisville  Metro Police Chief Robert J.
