CLEVELAND, Ohio-Judge Sara J. Harper, a former Cleveland Municipal Court judge and a retired Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals judge, will spearhead a strategy meeting with community activists on White employees of the Cuyahoga County prosecutor's office sponsoring Internet polls on whether Blacks should be called "nigger" and demanding that Blacks like former CMHA Executive Director George Phillips Oliver be hanged at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at the Chateau Mansion, 13124 Euclid Ave . Other issues of public concern such as excessive force, county foreclosures,  abduction, rape and murder of Black and other women in Cleveland, education, and the legal system will also be discussed.

"Set up the meeting and I will be there," Harper told community activists after complaints surfaced of the n-word Internet poll and slated hanging parties of Blacks by employees of the county prosecutor's office and the alleged harassment of offended Blacks that complained of the racial slurs.

Harper is also third vice president of the Cleveland Chapter NAACP and a former president of the local chapter of the nation's most prominent Civil Rights organization.

The meeting is open only to community activists and family members of victims of legal system malfeasance or inequities, excessive force by Cleveland police, foreclosure impropriety or abduction, rape and murder of greater Cleveland women across racial lines. In addition to the Imperial Women, participants will also include members of other grassroots organizations such as Black on Black Crime Inc., the Oppressed People's Nation, the Greater Cleveland Immigrant Support Network, Stop Targeting Ohio's Poor, the People's Forum, the Carl Stokes Brigade, the Cleveland Chapter of the New Black Panther Party, Ohio Family Rights, the Fairfax Business Association, and the National Organization for Parental Equality.

Activists say the racial intimidation is allegedly in part retaliation for fighting against fatal incidents of excessive force by Cleveland police against unarmed people, and rampant foreclosure fraud allegedly condoned by county officials, the sheriff's office, common pleas judges, and Cuyahoga County Prosecutor McGinty and his predecessors. 

The Internet poll (shown below) by Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office Employee Lily Miller, who works in the child enforcement division under county Prosecutor McGinty, is printed below. Miller coupled the poll with Internet postings that demand that Blacks be hanged and to "hang him high." Blacks that complained, data show, were allegedly harassed.

Community activists are calling the "nigger" name calling coupled with the threat of hanging Blacks a hate crime and have urged McGinty to present data to a Cuyahoga County Grand Jury for potential indictment on criminal charges against Miller and others.
