Federal District Court Judge Patrica Gaughan Defames Journalist Kathy Wray Coleman To Cover Up Judicial Case Fixings And Rape Against Black Women

Federal District Court Judge Patricia Gaughan has defamed journalist and community activist Kathy Wray Coleman in a dismissal decision in a case to retaliate for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals issuing an order saying that Federal District Judge Donald Nugent illegally dismissed a lawsuit filed by Coleman aginst former Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Kathleen Ann Keough and others. The case is on appeal before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Coleman says she is also being retaliated against by the judge for lodging a rape complaint against Cuyahoga County Judge John O'Donnell and others. "Judge Gaughan, a former Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor, defamed me to cover up potential rapes of Black women in the county jail and judicial case fixing and mortgage fraud by Judge O'Donnell and others," said Coleman. "We want Judge Gaughan investigated by the Cleveland FBI for her actions."
