The Kathy Wray Coleman Online News Blog.Com received the below email from Arnold Shurn (email address of ashurnas@yahoo.com) in response to the fight by The Imperial Women and other grassroots factions as to the Imperial Ave Murders and the harassment of Black women by judges of the Cleveland Municipal Court, the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, and area municipal courts of Berea, Shaker Hts., Lyndhurst and elsewhere. It pertains also to the malicious prosecutions of Black women with emphasis of harassment by Cleveland Law Director Robert Triozzi, who was appointed by Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson and reports to him, and is his henchman that targets innocent Black women and girls.
Triozzi and the mayor's all non-Black top level law enforcement leadership team, including Police Chief Michael McGraph and Chief Prosecutor Victor Perez, are taking heat around the murders of 11 Black women on Imperial Ave, allegedly at the hands of alleged serial killer Anthony Sowell, who lived with the mayor's niece at the time. And when police captured him in 2008 on an attempted rape complaint by Gladys Wade, he was released from custody after police smelled death at the Sowell home and saw blood that lined the walls where six of those 11 women were murdered thereafter. The bodies were announced two days before the mayor's successful reelection campaign in 2009 and on Halloween day. Sowell was later captured and charged with the attempted rape of Wade and his capital murder trial as to the Imperial Ave Murders begins June 6 at the Cuyahoga County Justice Center before Judge Dick Ambrose.
Also, the mayor had his appointed Cleveland Municipal School District Board of Education, that he controls via state law, to slate for closing this year, seven schools, all on the predominantly Black East Side of town, a potential violation of the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment since Black children are members of a protected class. And last year he allowed the school board to target Black women principals and assistant principals for layoffs, keeping White men new to the district and getting rid of a disproportionate number of Black women, many of whom were seasoned and effective administrators loved and respected by the schools community.
Jackson's influence on the legal forum has also come under scrutiny as he has endorsed corrupt White judges that harass Blacks and women like former Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Kathleen Ann Keough last year and Cleveland Judge Lynn McLaughlin Murray this year, all while refusing to endorse Black women judicial candidates, all three of whom lost last year as to a bid for judge.
Shurn sent the email below in particular as to the story where the attorney for Destini Bronaugh (Anthony Jordan, a former chief prosecutor for the city) has been fired by the family for working in favor of the prosecution as to the malicious prosecution of her by Jackson, Triozzi and the City of Cleveland for a peaceful student protest last May at Collinwwod High School around teacher layoffs and school closings, one protected via the free speech clause of the First Amendment. And the harassment against Bronaugh, 19, who graduated last summer, and other Black women is either pursued or perpetuated with the help of corrupt and racist White judges such as Judges Keough, McLaughlin Murray, Timothy McGinty, John O'Donnell, Nancy McDonnell, Nancy Fuerst, Daniel Gaul, Eileen A. Gallagher, Eric Brown, Mary Kaye Bozza, K.J. Montgomery, Mark Comstock and others.

Dear Sister Kathy Wray Coleman,
We must create a watch dog group and begin to monitor court cases. And we must use facebook and youtube.com to expose any wrongdoing. What is the process for recalling a racist mayor [Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson] who has an identity crisis? He hates being black and cannot be totally accepted by the white community, so to prove that he is more white than black he maliciously harms black people trying to get approval from his white counterparts. But they use him and manipulate the little man.
No matter what he does, they laugh behind his back and in front of his face. The little puppet on the white string is a little man with Tiger Woods symptoms. He needs to take a history lesson. If you had any black blood, you were considered a n-word, and sometimes a stupid n-word such as an Aunt Jemima on a pancake box n-word named Jackson. He is a disgrace to the human race. I say recall the little Benedict Arnold, and send him over to Russia or Germany where he can claim his whiteness. We've got to get the FBI and some national media attention.
I was involved with Black on Black crime and some other grassroots organizations. I read about your academic feats and I want to be the first to commend you my strong black sister. I have a strong admiration for positive strong people, especially a sister who is out there trying to make a difference instead of allowing the white and black establishment of power to destroy black men and women and pit them against one another and realizing that we should take time out to circumvent negative forces and work for the empowerment of each other.
Oh my sister, the tears I cry for the state of mind of my people. I love my Sojourner Truth, Harriet Tubman, Ida B. Wells, Fannie Lou Hammer and many more. Their spirits reside in you my sister. I love you my sister without conditions, and whatever I can do to help just tell me what to do. Peace be with you, and keep your enemies close, and your friends even closer.
