From the Metro Desk of the Determiner Weekly.Com andthe Kathy Wray Coleman Online News Blog and Media Network---------------------------------------------------------------------------The DeterminerWeekly.Com and the Kathy Wray Coleman Online News Blog and Media Network announce endorsements for the Nov. 2, 2010 general election in Cuyahoga County, which includes the City of Cleveland, as follows: (Aside from Brian Moriarty, Ohio Supreme Court Justice Maureen O'Connor for Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court and Roz McAllister for a State Rep. seat, all of whom are Republican, the endorsements are Democratic):Federal Offices:U.S. Senate- Lee Fisher U.S. Representative-10th District-Dennis Kucinich U.S. Representative-11th District-Marcia L. FudgeJudicial Offices:Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court- Justice Maureen O' ConnorOhio Supreme Court Justice-Mary Jane TrappJudge of the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals in Cuyahoga County-Term commencing 1/3/2011-Brian Moriarty (We urge Blacks and others not to vote for Corrupt Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Kathleen Ann Keough, who is endorsed by police unions and some Black leaders selling out the Black community for money. Data show that she violates state law and might be suspended for harassing Blacks as to malicious criminal proceedings when an affidavit of prejudice is pending against her, in the event that a bar complaint is filed with the Ohio Supreme Court's Office of Disciplinary Counsel. She also illegally runs the Cleveland Municipal Court Psychiatric Clinic without the mental health professional license required by state law and she harasses enemies of police by relegating them there for arbitrary purposes. She is illegally diagnozing Blacks and others without a mental heath license and a request for an investigation by the FBI is pending. Moreover, she takes criminal cases brought againt Blacks by the City of Cleveland via malicious prosecutions and Cleveland Law Director Robert Triozzi then represents her when she is sued for harassing Blacks. Jackson endorsed her and no Blacks for the Democratic primary and has allegedly bought certain Black leaders to endorse her too, with his money. Public Corruption: Cuyahoga County Judge Nancy Margaret Russo is illegally releasing secret grand jury testimony of corrupt White cops to try to intimidate maliciously indicted Blacks into plea deals with the help of the county public defender's office, and covering up public corruption regarding falsification of public case records of felony cases in her court, falsification by prosecutors, County Clerk of Courts Nailah Byrd and fellow judges such as Common Pleas Judge Joe Russo.....Judge Nancy Russo is also refusing to remove indigent counsel such as Scott Roger Hurley who are accused of colluding with the court and the prosecution against Black defendants, even when such indigent counsel, including Hurley, an assistant county public defender, violate her own court orders for discovery and to conduct proper pretrial investigations for their clients....The cases involve false charges of assault by Blacks on corrupt White cops, indictment fixing covered-up by Judge Nancy Russo, etc..... CHICAGO— The Nation of Islam, with deep sadness, announced the recent passing of Brother Louis Farrakhan, Jr., the eldest son of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and Mother Khadijah Farrakhan. The family was aware of a previous heart condition and it appears that Louis, Jr., passed peacefully in his sleep at the family home in Phoenix, Ariz. He was 60 years old. The announcement was made on June 2.
