The Cleveland Chapter of the NAACP, which is led by Cleveland Attorney George Forbes, a has been who is also general counsel for the Cleveland Call and Post Newspaper, said last week that it would be there and I have been threatened by certain Black leaders, saying that Forbes allegedly paid Corrupt Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Kathleen Ann Keough, who is White, to continue her harassment by lobbying Call and Post officials for an endorsement.
Forbes went against Black women running for judgeships in the May Democratic primary and he is the one who put State Sen. Nina Turner in an Aunt Jemima suit on the cover of the newspaper because she would not do as she was told . He does the editorials for the newspaper, not Call and Post Editor Connie Harper. So be it and I will be there to rally, and we welcome Keough's harassment where the Sixth Amendment requires that a case of resisting arrest must be dismissed if the arresting officer does not testify. The Art McKoy case was dismissed with the support of the Cleveland NAACP for that reason. Of course, Art is a man.
Remember how Forbes called now Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Pauline Tarver "fat" in a Scene Magazine article and supported her White male opponent for the seat won by Tarver with the help of the late Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones. Forbes has run the Call and Post in to the ground where it cannot pay its bills and owes me over $7000 for articles in 2008 where he has advised the paper not to pay me saying the newspaper is broke. This means that people are not reading it and this is partly because they have tired of Forbes and his law firm running it and doing in Blacks and women to further his law firm agendas. And the above money figure owed does not include interest and royalties as a freelance journalist for posters made on the articles that were sold for $50 each. Imagine Forbes thinking that he is such a bully that he does not have to direct as general counsel the payment of debts and then seeks to get a reporter jailed with the help of a corrupt and deranged judge like Keough in retaliation for a mere request for payment, and Call and Post articles that made some Whites mad that were holding his law license hostage for impropriety.
Forbes has been after Connie Harper all along and came after me to get at her on articles that racist people did not like to the detriment of issues as to his law firm . He was in on having me jailed and stripped naked before I was released without charges in 2008 with the help of Cleveland Attorney Sara Harper, Connie Harper's sister. If Sara Harper had not intervened I would have been really harassed with Forbes's help. And he was in on my illegal jailing in Cleveland this year where I was called names by an inmate who targeted me where Forbes loves to degrade Black women and call them names. She said her uncle is a lawyer.
If the Cleveland NAACP does not show for the upcoming Imperial Ave. rally after neglecting a pattern of mistreatment of Black women we shall call for the resignation of Forbes, his replacement with a committed Black woman, and a boycott of the Cleveland NAACP. And we expected Forbes, who hates Black women like Judge Tarver and Sen. Turner, to kiss up to no good Keough. What did Keough do to win the three weak and pitiful Black male leaders (one a judge in the Cleveland Municipal Court by the name of Ron Adrine) that feel so inherently inferior that they target Black women while kissing the feet of White ones? And I am not anti-White. We support all women on legal issues of public concern, but take issue with a Black man like Forbes that would push Keough to get at a Black journalist because he hates the editor of the Call and Post and any other Black women that will not kiss up to him. And Adrine as administrative judge lets Keough illegally diagnose and harass Blacks, women and her political enemies without the mental health professional license required by state law as overseer of the Cleveland Municipal Court Psichiatric Clinic that this crazy woman calls "my clinic."
I hope my attorney gets well soon so that we can meet with the FBI on Keough and Corrupt Judge McGinty, whom Forbes called a reformer for his proposal to jail Blacks without bond while they are awaiting trial. It sounds more like racism than reform, to me.
Forbes also hired Call and Post reporter James Wade to take Harper's job, but Call and Post Publisher Don King would not go for it. Wade likes Connie Harper and would not do her in like Forbes wanted.Forbes then stacked the deck against her so that he and another person could push for endorsements of corrupt people like Keough over her objection. Forbes is unethical and hates Black women that challenge him.
Imagine this man saying that Tarver, who was previously the executive director of the NAACP, was "too fat" to be a judge and then endorsing a White man. How pitiful. And he allegedly owes Tarver $25,000 from her job with the NAACP but will not pay her either. This has been should have retired long ago and he is a joke as president of the Cleveland Chapter of the NAACP, and Connie Harper knows it. Again, I have a lot more to tell while Forbes is lobbying Keough and other corrupt White judges in Middleburg Hts to jail me illegally.
More on this issue will come later and Forbes has blocked NAACP support relative to the Imperial Avenue Murders, a college girl named Rebecca that was allegedly beat up by police and called a "nigger" without just cause. He would not speak up when Angel Bradley Crocket was branded a deer by police as her naked murdered body lay along highway I 90 this year and he would not speak out against the mistreatment of the Bronaugh girls, both prosecuted for participating in a peaceful protest this year around teacher layoffs as students at Cleveland's Collinwood High School.
Forbes is slated to retire as NAACP President in Cleveland. Good riddance. And Mr. King should take a hint and rid the newspaper of him too. I kept quiet because of Connie Harper but being constantly harassed and jailed without just cause by the seemingly mentally ill Keough and other corrupt White judges that have lobbied Forbes to back them as they do in the Black community and women has taken its toll.
I guess I can expect Forbes to put me in the Call and Post in an Aunt Jemima suit too. Time will tell.
