He   took a plea deal of reduced charges and his accomplice , Richard Muse,  the district's custodian who also pleaded guilty, was sentenced to 10 months. Moore, who is Black, is pastor and owner of the Cathedral Worship Center in Euclid. Richmond Heights is a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio.
