Cleveland serial killer Anthony Sowell attorney Brian McGraw colludes with Common Pleas Judge Nancy Fuerst to get the judge to threaten his indigent Black client falsely accused of assaulting by not touching four White KKK-type University Hts cops in an unrelated case with jail before trial and arbitrary placement in a mental institution for challenging his assignment as counsel as the racist and corrupt McGraw represents University Hts resident Judge Francine Goldberg, a potential witness in the case, a domestic relations court judge and a former city vice mayor and council person whose campaign McGraw runs as its treasurer.... Activists say a picket shall be had at the Justice Center in downtown Cleveland against all of the aforementioned White culprits and others and as to fixed indictments and malicious prosecutions against Blacks, the handpicking by judges like Fuerst of indigent counsel with conflicts rather than by random draw, police excessive force and malfeasance, and a racist and unconstitutional grand jury process that hurts the Black community and others.... McGraw is a former attorney for Sowell who was recently assigned by Fuerst to represent a Black University Heights resident falsely accused of assaulting by not touching four White University Heights cops who stalked her at her home without a warrant or 9-1-1 call and came to her home allegedly slinging guns and rifles and calling her nigger. And though McGraw represents University Heights resident Francine Goldberg, also a domestic relations court judge and former city vice mayor and councilwoman and a potential witness in the case as her treasurer and quasi campaign manager, Fuerst this week assigned him as indigent counsel for the indigent Black defendant and refused to remove him as counsel in spite of the obvious conflict of interest.
