Brown, a Warrensville Heights Democrat who leads Ohio's largely Black 11th congressional district, which includes Cleveland and several of its eastern suburbs of Cuyahoga County, will serve as grand marshal for the 52nd annual 11th Congressional District Community Caucus Labor Day Parade & Festivities on Mon., Sept 5, 2022.  The parade will kick off at 11am from A.J. Rickoff school at East 147th Street and Kinsman Road on Cleveland's majority Black east side, organizers said. The late former Ohio 11th congressional district congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs-Jones of Cleveland Clevelandurbannews.com and Kathywraycolemanonlinenewsblog.com   CLEVELAND, Ohio (Clevelandurbannews.com) - Patrick Henry school, a public elementary school at 11901 Durant Avenue on Cleveland's largely Black east side, will now be called Stephanie Tubbs Jones School as a ribbon cutting ceremony at the school was held at 2:30 p.m. on Tues, Aug 30. The open-to-the-public event drew a wealth of Cleveland's mainstream media and prominent Black elected officials such as Ohio 11th Congressional District Congresswoman Shontel M. Brown, Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb, Council President Blaine Griffin, city council persons Joe Jones and Kevin Conwell, and Cuyahoga County Councilwoman Meredith Turner and Yvonne Conwell, Councilman Kevin Conwell's wife.  Also there were students, parents and school administrators, and schools CEO Dr. Eric Gordon, who organized the event.    Author, orator, professor, and constitutional lawyer Justin Driver of Yale Law School to speak on Fri, Sept. 2 at the City Club of Cleveland in downtown Cleveland, Ohio Clevelandurbannews.com and Kathywraycolemanonlinenewsblog.com CLEVELAND, Ohio- Progessor  Justin Driver , author of " The Schoolhouse Gate: Public Education, the Supreme Court, and the Battle for the American Mind"  and an award-winning Robert R. Slaughter Professor of Law  and counselor to the dean at Yale Law School,  will speak at the City Club of Cleveland for a luncheon at 11:30am on Fri, Sept 2, 2022.  Professor Driver  teaches and writes in the area of constitutional law. He  comes to downtown Cleveland this week as part of the City Club's  Authors in Conversation series, a series held in cooperation with  Case Western Reserve University   and sponsored by the    John P.
