CLEVELAND, Ohio- Black Cleveland activists boycotted what they say was a racist protest held by White-led majority suburban Cleveland activist groups on Public Square in downtown Cleveland Saturday afternoon with some area state lawmakers on hand, an event White organizers say was to address proposed state legislation that would penalize protesters for free speech.
