COLUMBUS, Ohio –  Ohio  Senate Minority Leader Nickie J. Antonio (D-Lakewood)  and  Sen. Via a plea deal, Carr pleaded no contest to three counts of falsification on Wednesday, each a first-degree misdemeanor, and was subsequently found guilty by the visiting judge.
