Body of 14-year-old Clevelander Alianna Defreeze identified and is one of 5 females found dead in the East 93rd Street area since 2012 on the city's east side as the Imperial Women Coalition, led by activist Kathy Wray Coleman, which holds annual rallies relative to the other four killings, says "this has got to stop"....Councilman Zack Reed and community activists say a likely serial killer is on the loose like convicted Cleveland serial killer Anthony Sowell and East Cleveland serial killer Michael Madison, for whom the Imperial Women Coalition and other activist groups have rallied...The other four dead East 93rd Street females, 3 Black and 1 White, are Jasmine Trotter, Ashley Leszyeski, Jamella Hasan and Christine Malone, and police have no suspects.....Coleman said the mainstream media ignored her call to address the murders of poor Black and other greater Cleveland women during her speech at the women's march in Cleveland on January 21, 2017 and focused on White women, abortion and immigrants....By www.clevelandurbannews.com and www.kathywraycolemanonlinenewsblog.com, Ohio's Black digital news leaders
