The Word Church, community activists to hold "Casket Crusades" march in East Cleveland on July 22, 2017 to highlight deaths from violent crime and drug abuse....The first march was held in Akron last week and the third and final crusade is set for Cleveland on July 29......Drug overdose is now the leading cause of death among Americans under 50 and while heroin and fentanyl deaths predominate among Whites, the Black community is seeing a 24 percent increase in fentanyl deaths, data say..... Retired Cleveland Municipal Court judge and community activist Jean Murrell Capers, also the first Black  female councilperson in the city of  Cleveland, is dead at 104 .
