The suit alleges malicious prosecution, abuse of process and intentional infliction of emotional distress and was originally filed against the municipalities of Shaker Hts. and Beachwood, its law director Margaret Ann Cannon, Retired Beachwood Business Woman Myrna R. Gill, and others.
