CLEVELAND, Ohio- In spite of a third DUI conviction that has landed him 10 days in jail later this month and his mug shot unceremoniously plastered on the cover of the Call and Post Newspaper, popular Cleveland Ward 2 Councilman Zack Reed, 51, silenced his critics and won the nonpartisan primary by a landslide in Tuesday's election.
