City of Cleveland settles lawsuit for $2.25 million relative to erroneous police killing of Daniel Ficker, who was White and of whom community activists also fought for, including a demand last month by Imperial Women Coalition Activist Kathy Wray Coleman and Black on Black Crime Inc.
