VOTERS OUSTED MCGINTY IN THE MARCH 2016 DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY ELECTION AND HE LEAVES OFFICE IN JANUARY OF 2017, THOUGH ACTIVISTS WANT HIM GONE NOW
