On
Wednesday, June 11, 2014 Federal District Court Judge Peter Economus
ruled that efforts and policies adopted by the current Ohio Secretary
of State and the state law adopted by the Republican-controlled Ohio
State Legislature to stop early voting three days before the
general election are blatantly unconstitutional. This fight just
started and the pendulum has swung to take away voting rights from
minorities, the elderly, students and the poor. Let's stand together
on this crucial issue.
