Federal District Court Judge Patricia Gaughan has defamed journalist and community activist Kathy Wray Coleman in a dismissal decision in a case to retaliate for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals issuing an order saying that Federal District Judge Donald Nugent illegally dismissed a lawsuit filed by Coleman aginst former Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Kathleen Ann Keough and others.
