Cleveland NAACP President George Forbes Supports KKK Activity Against Blacks In Berea Court With Judge Mark Comstock Picking And Tainting Jury Pools
Cleveland NAACP President and local Cleveland attorney George Forbes, who will not speak up about the blatant harassment and disrespect by corrupt White judicial men like Berea Municipal Court Judge Mark Comstock against innocent Black women with bogus misdemeanor charges and harassment without jurisdiction. And Forbes also will not speak out against the malicious prosecutions and other legal system malfeasance against Blacks and others in Cleveland, Shaker Hts, Lyndhurst, Berea and other area municipal courts, and in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas where felonies and other criminal matters are heard.

And, he outright denies indigent Blacks representative counsel in criminal cases through unconstitutional actions by out-of-town-retired-with-nothing-to-lose visiting judges that step in for him to allegedly fix cases, data show.
Democratic Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Presiding and Administrative Judge Nancy Fuerst, who either denies or illegally dismisses often valid affidavits of prejudice that seek replacements in cases of alleged bias against Black defendants and others by sitting municipal court judges filed by Blacks, journalists, community activists and others per state law, namely Ohio Revised Code Section 2317.031.
Middleburg Hts Prosecutor Peter Hull, who says that Blacks have no right to a jury trial in the Berea Municipal Court where Middleburg Hts cases that are not resolved at the Middleburg Hts Mayor's Court are heard. Hull says also that poor people, a disproportionate number of whom are Black, have no right to attorneys in criminal cases where prison is possible in spite of a requirement by the Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.
Located in the City of Berea, which is 25 miles south of Cleveland, the Berea Municipal Court was established Jan. 1, 1958. In addition to Middleburg Hts and The City of Berea itself, the Court hears cases from the municipalities of Brook Park, Olmsted Falls, Olmsted Township, and Strongsville, and the Metro Parks.
Ohio municipal courts hear traffic citations, misdemeanor cases and lawsuits that seek $15 thousand or less in damages. A single judicial term for municipal court judges in the state is six years.

Community Activists are calling for Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason and the Cleveland FBI to investigate Democratic Berea Municipal Court Judge Mark Comstock for alleged jury tampering where he has orchestrated the Local Rules of the Berea Municipal Court to allow him to appoint the jury pool at his pleasure, a violation of the right to a fair and impartial jury of one's peers pursuant to the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Comstock is also accused of harassing Blacks and women by issuing retaliatory and otherwise illegal warrants when an affidavit of prejudice is pending with Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Presiding Judge Nancy Fuerst that seeks a replacement judge, though state law precludes such. And he is presiding over traffic and misdemeanor cases that are to originate in Middleburg Hts. Gary Star's mayor's court by city ordinance, stealing cases that should be dismissed when the mayor's court is skipped, and then allegedly targeting Blacks and women for his judicial friends, and others.
"If ever a court has an apartheid feel with a Ku Klux Klan arena it is the Berea Municipal Court where no Blacks are employed and where they brag to poor Black people that their constitutional and statutory rights do not exists and that Judge Comstock is the big King of White supremacy there," said Imperial Women Leader Kathy Wray Coleman. "It's a kangaroo court sanctioned by the FBI and other law enforcement to the extent that the court personnel and Judge Comstock will treat you outright with the message that Blacks that are maliciously or otherwise prosecuted there are seen as slaves and dogs with no legal rights. And Blacks and women are harassed and illegally jailed in Berea, Mayfield Hts, Cleveland Hts, Beachwood, Middleburg Hts., Shaker Hts, Cleveland, and in the county jail and elsewhere, with the sanctioning by Cleveland Attorney and Cleveland NAACP President George L. Forbes, who will not speak up after being told of the sexism, racism and brutality if his life depended upon it."
Coleman continued.
"It reminds me of a plantation slave headquarters type of environment and if a judge can pick a jury pool at his or her own pleasure, and per his or her own unconstitutional rules of court as Corrupt Berea Municipal Court Judge Mark Comstock has so flagrantly done, than he or she can taint a jury, and just because this man is White, male, a judge, and powerful is no reason for the Cleveland FBI and Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason to overlook his obvious malfeasance and seemingly racist and sexist behavior," said Coleman. "Former Cuyahoga County Judge Steven Terry, who is Black, was just sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Sara Lioi to the maximum of 63 months in prison for allegedly fixing a single foreclosure case against a rich predominantly White mortgage company while this same judge gave former judge Bridget McCafferty, who is White and faced 50 years, 14 months , and now Judge Comstock is freely tainting jury pools, presiding over traffic and misdemeanor cases against Blacks without jurisdiction that belong in the mayor's court, and harassing Blacks and women that file affidavits of prejudice for his removal from cases for racial and other bias."
Data show also, said Coleman, that Blacks are being denied their right to a jury trial by Comstock operatives and Middleburg Hts Prosecutor Peter Hull, who along with Comstock is allegedly using Lorain,. Oh Criminal Defense Attorney Wayne Kerek to lure their political enemies to Middleburg Hts and have Middleburg Hts Police Sgt Kevin Hoover pull over their cars illegally, take Kerek home, and then arrest Blacks for money, other corruption, and due to free speech issues. And more importantly, indigent Blacks facing prison in criminal cases are being denied their right under the Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure and the U.S. Constitution to an attorney, and all with Fuerst's unbending approval, allegedly so that harassment by Comstock, his assistant, his bailiff and visiting judges summoned there can go more smoothly, public records reveal.
According to community activists and a database of information, Comstock, through visiting judges to the Berea Municipal Court, is forcing poor Black defendants to trial when they are facing prison in violation of Rule 17.1 of the Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments, and again, the illegal activity is being pursued with Fuerst's help. She, as the common pleas presiding judge responsible for hearing prejudice affidavits against municipal judges of Cuyahoga County to determine if they should be removed from cases, arbitrarily denies valid affidavits of prejudice on the issue, agreeing too that Blacks have few, if any, constitutional rights when they are maliciously prosecuted and harassed at courts throughout the county and arrested by police from various municipalities who can do as they please to them.
